Requests and estimates

Sending a request does not book a job or create a contract. Prices and estimates are confirmed directly with us before any work begins, and the agreement for any work is between you and Dmatian Media.

Contacting you

By sending a request, you agree we may call you about it at the number you gave, including with automated tools, and email you about it. Texts are separate and optional (see below).

Automated and AI assistants

This site's chat and our phone line may be answered by an AI assistant. Its answers can contain mistakes and are not a quote or a promise: we confirm prices, appointments and job details ourselves.

Text messages

Texts from Dmatian Media are optional. We only send automated texts about your request and its follow-up (replies, quotes, and appointment confirmations and reminders) if you tick the box to get texts, or if you text us first. We never send review requests by text. Sending a request does not require agreeing to texts.

  • Message frequency varies with your request.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (785) 480-8917 or dale@dmatianmedia.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe or Square under their own terms. Questions about a charge or a refund are between you and Dmatian Media: contact us at (785) 480-8917 or dale@dmatianmedia.com.

Acceptable use

Please do not submit false information, spam, or anything unlawful through this site.

No warranty

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it. This does not limit any rights you have about work we perform for you.
